Champions League Draw (Shakhtar, Napoli, Feyenoord)

yhp, Europa League/UEFA Cup was oddly more fun, much more of a continental competition.

I never thought I would say it but getting Barca/Bayern etc is a bit dull now.

On top of the football its a great excuse to visit new places you might otherwise never visit. Champs lge is just the big cities where Europa gave an opportunity to visit some remote outspot

yhp, just a lack of variation in the CL with TV pairings and so many teams from so few nations limiting the draw. Need much more access for the champions of smaller leagues to get the Group Stage, will never happen though.

We(Celtic) got the toughest group last year and I have no fucking doubt the worst possible combination awaits us.

Just glad to be there. Hoping for Shaktar and a combination of the other diddy teams. Even they have tons more money than us.

Would be confident we could beat a few of them, but the top clubs could ruin my viewing.

Presumably Hargreaves et al just speculating that each team could get an easy/reasonable/difficult draw for 30 mins. Think I'll pass!

That would be a nice change, but I rather suspect that that good fortune will befall the other lot rather than us.

There is nothing sporting about the draw for the CL groups.

It's be nice to get a favourable draw for once, if only to allay fears that the whole competition is bent.
