Champions League Final 2019

I'm paraphrasing, but UEFA announced today that we are likely to win our third consecutive Champions League in either Madrid or Baku, Azerbaijan.

Whilst the City of Baku looks very nice, for those wondering where the f*** Baku is, Azerbaijan shares a border with Iran. Should be a fairly straight forward decision for UEFA.... right?
