i heard that UEFA would have moved the game to Wembley but only if the UK gov gave them special dispensation so that all the UEFA officials that were attending didnt have to quanrantine. The UK gov said no. UEFA have 3000 offivials and hangers on, yes 3000!! lol. So UEFA said ok we will have to move it to Portugal.

Yes we can travel there but we have not received the green light from their government confirming we can enter from the 17th.

From what I have read - I could be wrong - whilst Portugal goes in the “green list” from the 17th May you still need a test 3 days before you return to the UK. In other words quite likely you need a test before going to Portugal to prove you haven’t caught COVID whilst you are there. Unless the test can predict the future I have no idea how the f++k that makes sense.

Wouldn't you then be flying back to the UK from an amber country. So you would have to isolate when you get back.
Don't have that issue with Portugal direct flights.
