Champions League Final | Travel Requirements + COVID Tests

You don't need a PCR to return to the UK, you only need antigen, they are much cheaper than a pcr. If you do the antigen on the Saturday after your Monday flight time that will cover you for the ground entry and return to UK. You then just need day 2 test in UK.
Booked a Antigen test for 0940 with Unilabs but it’s a drive through so they said just get a Uber and call them with the reg when my I book the taxi. Cost 25 euros but it can take up to 4 hrs for result via email and text

Dam test today at 10.15 results back by 4. Obviously just what the wait was today with the amount tomorrow I wouldn’t expect quite the same turnaround.

Blind spot have taken the piss here! No kit when I arrived home, rang them and informed them that I was told on Monday that all kits have been sent out Only to be told that nobody on that number could give that information as they were only reception! She then went on to say that I should have received an email from Royal Mail telling me it was on its way - though it’s not tracked she said!!!
Blind panic now, so have managed to book a test tomorrow with Boots at the trafford centre, they reckon they can have it back within 24 to 48 hours - bricking it now cos any later than 6 am Saturday and I am fucked - on the 9am flight.

My dads only got one, I’ve give them a call to clarify and they’re ringing me back. Would appear though a lot are in the same not as you and they’re sending the day 2 separately
I spoke to them Rachel, as suggested by RACHACE, and she said they'd send out a second test.
Absolute brilliant she was and funny with it!!!!

Sorry if this has been asked before but...
What do you need to get into the ground?
City say PCR test no older than 72 hours but UEFA official site says any PCR taken on 26/27/28/29 or antigen taken on 28/29.
Had my PCR this morning so will be older than 72 hours but its 26th today so according to UEFA I'm ok?
Can't get a definitive answer. Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks Blues!!
I was going to get an antigen test tomorrow night at 21:30 thinking that would be within 48 hours of kick off but, after reading the conditions on the UEFA website, I'm worried.

I see City are now finally agreeing with what we’ve been saying all along about the requirements for getting back into the UK :-)

Not wanting to blow anyone's trumpet, but there are a group of us in here and other threads (and I'm not too modest to include myself) who have been very clear and consistent with the advice and guidance.

Whilst people run around like headless chickens, claiming BA are saying one thing, City are saying another thing, Chelsea another thing etc etc ...they are unwittingly making a complex situation even more complex, unnecessarily.

The one that continues to do the rounds is the CL final advice page that the Gov site have shared.
This page IS NOT formal government advice; it's come from the embassy and consulate in Portugal, as clearly stated at the top of said page. It is not direct guidance.

For the avoidance of doubt, the only pages people need to take note of for the most up to date and official advice is the Government pages for entry requirements into Portugal and entry requirements back into the UK.

anyone else got their flight tickets yet? Been trying to get hold of sportsworld over a query for 2 days with zero response
