It isn’t though. That is how the referees deem handball in the CL.

It‘s consistent, at least.

If that’s handball then every single ball that touches a hand is handball. Ridiculous its got to this. Embarrassing for IFAB/refereeing

Won’t that be on IFAB rather than UEFA?

Not only does no one know the rule or how to interpret it but no one knows who made it up, even Pep doesn't know.

Always feels like there’s more than 2/3 organisations on rules and everyone is following whatever or making up whatever.

Be easier if there was just standard for everyone to follow.

Wouldn't mind a variation of that Ajax kit as a change shirt. Keep the red and black stripe, but change the colour from beige (is it?) to white.

Not saying IFAB is perfect, but I reckon the decisions last night and just then go against IFAB rules.

It’s just crazy all round. Powers that be need to sort it out.
