In regards to the ball going out of touch does it have to be the same as a goal line decision and if any of the ball isn't over then its still in?

All of the ball must be over all of the line. If any part of the ball is overhanging the line, it's classed as still in play.

I hate spurs. But can’t really see the hatred for Kane, Done us proud for England and seems to just get on with playing and scoring for fun. Keeps his head down and private life to himself.

Don't translate "not a fan of" as hatred. I just think that he is a good out and out striker, not a team player and wouldn't thrive at another club. Nice lad though.
