This is a really unimpressive Benfica side, with most of it's good players out injured, they really don't have the depth to compete with any injuries, yet alone all the best players. Even still, this is a disastrous performance that could well see the manager fired, as he's been shit all season.

And the manager they got rid of is top of the league with Sporting. Haha.

They didn't exactly "get rid" of him, he left in a huff as he wanted more money, which is kind of a theme for Benfica. I believe Benfica are currently trying to sue him for some bizarrely large amount over it, something like £70m, £1 for each Benfica fan or some nonsense like that. Portuguese football is pretty much a soap opera

He deserved more money, he broke the Porto domination with an inferior squad to Porto's and he's the best manager in that league by some distance. Delighted to see them suffer.

What's the most amount of games a team has lost and still won the final?
I'm arguing with a rag,I'm saying the Prem is harder to win than the chumps league,he's saying it isn't.
I've said it's possible to lose 6 chumps league games and still win it,he says bullshit.

Yeah, you could win 3 lose 3 and qualify on 9 points (you'd have to lose twice to the group winners and if they didn't get max points you'd need some draws, but lots of teams have qualified on 9) and then lose one leg in every knockout tie going through on aggregate/away goals which would make 6. I can't think of a team that have lost more than 2 games and won it though.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's true. Pretty sure Ajax are the jewish club of Holland and all their rivals chant anti-semitic shit at them. (or at least they used to, haven't bothered caring about Dutch football in a while)
