Absolute great draw. I never spent my whole life, dreaming of playing Champs Lge football, in the hope we can play third rate sides. Messi, Neymar and Suarez, Iniesta against Peps City. Absolutely mouthwatering, shame some cant be happy about it.

I don't think it is fixed (though, many do) but the system is designed to play permutations to a "satisfactory" outcome. And TV pairings do come in to play, which is an artificial constraint, as well.
