First leg is definitely away but the last 16 is spread over 2 weeks , so the first leg is either 12th or 13th or the following week 19th or 20th.

No idea, but if I was working for a travel company flights would go up on all 4 possible dates for all 4 English sides until the dates were confirmed.

I rate my chances of flying to the Moon, the real moon now(!) far higher than the Dippers' chances of getting these two. We'll get the hardest game of the four teams we can draw, whilst the Ragamuffins and Dippers will draw the equivalent of The Golden Lion FC among the teams remaining! Thus was it ever so!
