Quarter Finals onwards is all 1 leg games.
guardiola has a very good record in knockout competitions, we'll see. nobody should look past madrid though
Help me out!
After 34 games we are on 69 points (2nd) and the Rags are on 58 points (5th). As The Rags are away to Leicester for the 38th and last game we now cannot fail to finish in the top 4 places (unless the goal difference changes by 18)
So let’s congratulate the club on playing in the champions league for the 9th (I think) consecutive year.
Someone correct me if I am wrong.
If we progress through each game, our confirmed schedule is;
7th August (Friday) 8pm. Real Madrid, in Manchester.
15th August (Saturday) 8pm. Quarter Final - Lyon/Juve, @ Sporting Lisbon's ground.
19th August (Wednesday) 8pm. Semi Final - Barca/Napoli/Bayern/Chelsea, @ Benfica's ground.
23rd August (Sunday) 8pm. Final @ Benfica's ground
Pep confirms Aguero will miss Madrid match.
Last 16 - Madrid
QF - Juventus
SF - Bayern
Final - PSG
Let’s have it.
So we have to beat Real Madrid , Juventus , Bayern or Barca and probably Atletico or PSG in the final , nice one UEFA absolutely no way they want us anywhere near the final , so lets prove the f*ckers wrong.
It’s a great draw, it’s the CL what did we expect? If we get to the final we’re guaranteed to play a team that’s never won it.
