Between Kolarov, Dzeko and Jovetic. If it was down to me Kolarov should be the player to miss out as we can cover at LB and it appears there is no love lost between player and a section of our supporters and we are short in attacking players even with the addition of Bony.

I fucking hope it's Jovetic. I would hate to see anyone else dropped.

I quite like Kolarov, but given the cover we have at LB, I suspect he may be the fall guy.

Forwards & AM's win you games and I think Pellers will want as much strength in depth as possible.

If it comes down to a choice between Dzeko and Jovetic, then we'll leave out the one who is going to be sold in the summer. We won't risk upsetting somebody we want to keep. So it will give a guide to our summer plans as well as our C/L plans.

I agree...beat me too it!;) Was going to type the very same thing.....This one move could show us who is out the door first in the summer....

actually, despite me saying (twice) that i think Dzeko will be dropped, no one has explored the idea that Bony might not be drafted into the CL squad?

i know on the face of it he should be, he's a top player and probably offers more edge and match fitness than Dzeko but if you think a bit more long term, if you want Dezeko, Jov, Aguero and Bony to be our four next season, then you dont want to piss any of them off too much. Dropping Dzeko and Jov would be a massive kick in the balls and would probably be their ticket out of the club in the summer. So perhaps there has been a contract agreement for Bony which says 'not this season Wilfried, but definitely next when we're back up to max squad size'.

dunno, just a thought, unrealistic but just putting it out there.
