Bought my lad the champs’ league “bundle” and had email receipt saying seat/payment confirmed but, as of today, no tickets. He’s also a Cityzen, but the email I received said tickets would be posted, so I assumed they hadn’t “loaded” them on to his card. At time of purchase there were no options about tickets, i.e. e-print/load on card/individual match tickets. Anyone had actual tickets? I’ve emailed customer services and…well, no reply. Yet. Ta.
