Not since Capt. Oates went for his little walk?I noticed the change in look, but, being a technological pygmy I dont know what changes to functionality it includes. Could someone explain what they are and how to use them?
I'm not asking for a friend. I have no friends.
The old version of the underlying software of the forum was on its deathbed - not supported, buggy, not compatible with newer web features, and probably had security issues. It's not that I dont like them, it's that apart from the look I dont know what they are.

So the main changes caused by the large jump in version, are hidden to the everyday user - ie the basic functions of a forum still work, just how they do it have changed.
The main difference to a user, is the interface, which is forced by the change of version - modern look, more adaptive to different screensizes, more features (not all turned on by Ric).
