I've watched him quite a bit tail end of last season and during Chelsea's pre season . He's tidy but in a Carrick type of way. Lovely when he can see the picture before him and his team are dominating possession. Shite when having to go the other way. I see him in a midfield three with Kanye or one of the other two DMS at Chelsea sitting in with him. But I would be astonished if we ever see him taking up the Kante position, it's simply not his game.

Chelsea haven’t had a higher average home attendance than us in over a decade.
I suppose we shouldn't be too harsh as that 90 mins will have been a sobering experience for one or two of them.

Ps your right about mahrez though still bedding in but he showed a lot of promise.You cannot question Jorginho or infact Chelsea on one match i Thought Mahrez was a little off the pace but fully aware in a 3-4 games he will be gel into the quality player we know he is

Thought Stonesy was better than Laporte today personally.Bernard and Laporte were the stand out performers for me, if Laporte carries on like this with the motivation on missing out with the French squad he could have a cracking season with us this year
Bernardo ran the first half when in the middle, very encouraging for future Merlin replacement.
Dinho was magnificent too.

Bernardo and Foden were excellent, as was Stones. @dominant.

Picking of where we left of. Brilliant performance. Really excited about Mahrez. Good Debut. Fooden and Diaz played well. Good times ahead
As for chelsea. They seem a little fucked. They don't have a forward, they have no depth, full backs with no pace, centre backs who on the face of it struggled to move from a deep block from last season to a high line. And thete star player has suggested he would like to move. My view on Chelsea isnt just based over the course of the last 90 mins. It was embarrassingly easy today. Don’t give a fuck about Chelsea new system etc, we fucking murdered them and they were extremely lucky to not be on the end of a right fucking hiding.
