After getting the fourth different explanation (another lie) from the ticket agency this morning, I rang City's customer services. Was worth the 25 min wait, as they finally got to the bottom of it...the ticket agency have lost my tickets!! Now collecting from Wembley on the day and have an email from MCFC to ensure that I don't get pissed around. This morning the ticket agency suggested my tickets were at City's ticket office awaiting my collection - another disgraceful lie, think the only one they haven't come out with yet is "the dig ate them". Woman at City's supporter services was very helpful and seemed thoroughly pissed off with the so called service provided by the agency - clearly it has been a nightmare for them too. Hope we never let this Mickey Mouse agency get their hands on our tickets ever again!
PS All booking fees and postage refunded without me having to ask. It's a pity City can't just employ more staff in our excellent customer services rather than waste it on the ticket agency clowns
