Can't fault any single player tonight. Thought it was an outstanding performance from start to finish. I know he didn't have to make any serious saves but Ederson is absolute quality. Last season we lose that game with the hologram in goal.

Also makes a difference when the referee has a goid game doesn't feel the need to follow the party line and give us fuck all.

Atkinson is a good ref for big games. Too lenient on some of their fouls today but I trust him more than the others.

I bet he doesn't fancy David Silva either. When Gundogan and Bernado gains momentum and influence they will start to replace the magician. Pep wants controllers. Goals will come naturally when the opposition make mistakes.

There's only one player I've seen retain possession better than Silva & that was Nasri.... I think you're unnecessarily trying to drag misery from the jaws of an impressive win mate..
