I think we need both pace and retaining the ball in midfield. Foden will be huge next season and hopefully Bernardo will recover his world-class form. We need to replace Ferdy, perhaps with a box-to-box type but where are they? They are not easy to find.

Is that a box to box centre half or DM ;-)

Reminded me of a story in the paper the other year about an old woman having a dispute with Virgin, who were charging them for somebody watching porn on their home telly. Individually they are good players as a midfield pair we loose when they play together the teams for the defeats back it up

We could probably go around in circles forever here.

When we lose, we lose as a team.

When we win, we win as a team.

To just pick 2 players from a group of 11 and lay blame at the feet of said players is unfair.

We may well have lost more games when they play together, but I’ll never be convinced that it’s because of 2 individuals.

Said it yesterday post title win poor recruitment to blame again.
Spending 60 million on Cancelo when we needed a centre back
We haven't had a decent left back for over 10 years despite splurging probably nearly 100 million on kolarov and Mendy.
Mendy is abysmal and needs selling as soon as this season is done.

8 defeats is terrible when you see the squad we have how has this happened?
I can foresee this being 11, 12 by the end.
The players didnt look at all interested last night that's the worst thing really.

I think stones has potential - its his head thats not right
Mahrez i jut dont think fits us at all - he just seems so out of place and not really what we need

The only reason I suggested keeping Stones is that we are so desperate for a centre half if we let him go we would need two!
