He needs to hone his skills getting a team relegated and then managing in Scandinavia and maybe a paper boy round as well to toughen him up a bit

The pre match thread was horrendous. I had to ask them to cut out the arguments. Might as well be speaking a foreign language. Why do the pre match and match threads attract so many keyboard warriors and budding Danny Murphys, eager to spout nonsense? I'd be happy to see the back of such threads, but I don't think the gaffer will go for that.

To be fair to Steffan I think the back pass was a misplaced pass by Rod to Zinc.. Just badly misplaced.. So I could understand him picking it up.. Mind you if he had booted it upfield that would have been better
