Chelsea have an extended allocation for some reason, don't know why. They have all of level 3 and level 2 from 212 to 219.This is showing as sold out but I heard Level 3 of South Stand isn't open, is that true.
We have to move from Block 217 to 211, so Chelsea cant have all Level 3 ?
