Chelsea fans threw coins at City kids celebrating goal

No and you clearly haven't read what I put properly. I never said it's ok and never said at rags is acceptable. I am saying you could maybe see how someones emotions could lead to that if they are a bit of a knob to begin with. The point is what brought a Chelsea fan to be that angry to do that in a very timid game and throwing them at an unknown player with no history or hatred against.
Personally I don't see a distinction. They're dickheads in both instances and we shouldn't be trying to mitigate and understand one against the other. They are both cowardly scum that need locking up if caught.

Of course and I am in full agreement if it was a city fan throwing them or otherwise, my point was more the confusion with yesterday being so harmless against a harmless player in pretty much a harmless game.

Wait until they've had a bellyfull of ale. I saw them there in '13 when we played Wigan. The atmosphere at times around the concourses and outside the stadium was poisonous; lots of paralytic blues who probably don't remember a single minute of the day (they were that far gone), spoiling for a fight with anyone, even other blues. Not pleasant to watch.
Yep, I saw 3 fights with City fans attacking City fans. Not pleasant.

Little condemnation of the coin throwers (or any praise for City's boys) in the four crappy articles in the Daily TeleRag but they do make a little joke of the coin throwing incident:

'The teenager instinctively celebrated near the Chelsea supporters and, having been targeted by coin throwers, will have learned that it is a good idea to head for your own fans after a goal.'

So they think that City should not celebrate at the end they score? So different when Ferguson's biography the odious Hayward and others made out that CamelGob was celebrating in front of his own fans when the fact was he went deliberately over to the City corner/side to provoke the City fans. City dealt with that incident quickly and effectively but Ferdinand's part was glossed over.

Bloody hell, people whinging about our own fans at Wembley a week before we've been. YCMIU on this forum sometimes.
