I think that might be one change to many. But if behind the scenes Ake is unhappy with game time/prospects he might play him. He caould also use him at left back and switch Cancelo over.

Pep has recently overstated how the Prem is the most important competition, and how high he rates Chelsea, so this weekend should prove if that is true, we should be going full throttle at this game, it’s our toughest fixture left and we could definitely do without losing two on the spin to Chelsea, get the league sewn up, celebrate a little and move on, no more than 3 changes for me

I expect a few rotations. As Pep always does. Stones suspended and Ederson in goal. As for the other 9 ... oh dear ...

Cant risk 8 or 9 changes back to the team that lost in the FA Cup, got to swap out three or four max. to keep the momentum. Its all about our confidence to beat them now. Sure , let’s rest Kev ( for Kun) and Fern ( for Rodri) plus maybe Zinchenko ( for Cancelo) and Stones (suspended) so for Laporte or Ake but no more than that.
Let Chelsea have to really push to secure 3rd place in the coming weeks and we can relax a bit with the Prem in the bag.

This is going to be so interesting to see what Pep and Tuchel does. I think Tuchel will go strong and see what his best team can do against us and if it doesn't work out he can analyze the performance and have another go with it in the final.

Chelsea are likely going to have to put out strong teams until the end of the season as they will want the top 4 spot and will be under pressure from the teams just below them to secure it. The odds are Chelsea will get a CL place putting Liverpool in 5th and in the Europa maybe? I know the rules about who gets places will be complicated this year but if Liverpool are in the Europa it will make their season trickier.

Given our lead in the league and that United are playing Liverpool soon, I'd be tempted to rest our players for this game. We're going to win the league before the CL final so it doesn't matter anyway.

I don't think there's any point in giving them a "close up" of our best players or likely formation so we might as well give the wider squad a chance, shake it up and throw them nothing.

I also believe our "second" team is better than their first team,. Just got us at a bad time last time out with all the fixture congestion.

Pep will have 3 solid days with them.

A team with Aguero, Sterling, Cancelo,. LaPorte, Mendy, Torrez, will play and will win.

No point in Pep showing his hand for the final.

+ We can win the league in the next few games.
