If we win on Monday, mourinho will be parking the bus next week more than we have ever seen before. No way will he accept being 5 points behind us, even more so if arsenal win both of their games too

I think he would have parked the bus looking for a draw but I think now it will be even worse. Like when we went to arsenal with mancini but on an even greater scale

Thought that was a cracking match and - Swansea, fucking wow.

Chelsea looked unfit to me and also didn't have last season's 'dead eyed' mechanically ruthless feel about them. That's a mindset thing. We suffered it both seasons we were defending Champions.

However they still looked excellent at times and are still a fucking good side.

IMO if we finish above them we'll win the title.

We now need to take 3 points on Monday and give ourselves slight breathing space for their visit. 3 points would also put the emphasis on them to come for more than just a 0-0 draw which will suit us.

I don't blame him! it's a decent tactic however boring it looks. Kill smaller teams and just don't lose to your rivals, and you'll be title contenders.
They won a European cup recognising 'better' teams alongside their own limitations and playing accordingly. We on the other hand have overestimated our ability and come a cropper (but we're improving on that front).

Can't say I like watching it, but he is a very good tactician.

Considering swansea looked so good on the attack, i thought chelsea played very well indeed with 10 men.

I thought swansea looked slightly rigid towards the end perhaps, with gomis getting caught offside a bit too often. They deserved the win overall mind you, and only a fluke from willian saved chelsea from defeat.

True. We always go toe to toe with the big three in Europe and generally lose a tooth or two.

When we start to beat them regularly we really will be the best team in Europe but with the CL being a knock out competition we still might not win it. Pragmatism works.

Swansea were brilliant today. There can't have been many better performances in recent seasons by a visiting team.
