Some clubs earn less so other teams can't step up to improve there team! Chelsea and especially Arsenal who have majority of there home games at home and get massive crowds will earn a lot more! It's why we have lost so many players because European teams offer a lot more money because they don't have any caps on wages

I think a cartel specifically requires at least three members. I'm sure somehow the ragettes will be included eventually.

It’s up to other teams to invest as heavily, if they want to compete.

This 100%.

Gripes about Chelsea Womens team spending sound like some of the old guard fans moaning about us for the past 7 years in the mens game. Its up to the rest to invest - as an aside I think our Womens team has hugely underachieved in the past 5 years as well, but that isnt Chelsea's problem.

Suspect it is the City fans reacting to the management approach, although clearly the rags will always attract the hangers-on, fuckwits and lemmings in whichever format.

They define the whole basis of their " support "

It’s up to other teams to invest as heavily, if they want to compete.

Which is what I expected us to do when the club hierarchy decided we're; "A holistic club where every team is treated equally".

We could easily attract the best coaches in the women's game with the facilities we have and In turn the best talent would follow.

We seem happily to be like Arsenal in the men's game and make money to tick over rather than dominate the WSL and Europe In titles.

Teams can't because there is a cap in wagers

Wage cap is related to turnover. Turnover can include funding from the mens team (and doesnt count towards PSR for the mens club). So basically there is no salary cap.
