Ah China! The most polluting country in the world. If you want to make your protest about them then stop buying Chinese goods. Doesn't matter if they are 'reputable' as they are all using the same system.
Yes. It's impossible to boycott Chinese stuff altogether. I don't mind so much if it is a reputable brand which is outsourced, but wholly Chinese products from xyz co. are to be avoided. Highly specialized may be an exception.I think there's a big difference between stuff made in China by reputable companies and some chancer selling shit products on Amazon. A friend gave me a cheap Chinese extension lead and for ages I was wondering why I would turn on my PS4 only to be told off for unplugging it without shutting it down. Then one day it randomly cut out while I was playing and the mystery was solved. But I now have it plugged into a Belkin one and I'm gonna guess that was also made in China.
Similarly, I'm very wary about stuff that's a cheaper version of a specialist item. I once bought a cheap Chinese knockoff of a camera stabilizer, and it's obvious when something has been made by someone who actually knows what they're doing rather than someone ripping off the design of a more expensive product. But then if you look at another company like DJI, also Chinese, then they are leaders in the field because they actually know what they're doing and don't base their entire business model on doing existing products cheaper.
Interesting video.
I know their stainless steel is crap.
