That's a fair point. It's probably just to get clicks because of the silly idea that it's actually happening.

I think most bears can walk on two feet, I've seen an American black bear walking feet up because of an injury to his front paws. And obviously rescued bears may have been abused into doing circus tricks. I won't post it here but there's clips on YouTube of circus bears on bicycles and mopeds.
