I never saw Colin play, mate. I missed him by five years.

I never saw Billy Meredith, either. I missed him by seventy!

It's also a tactical assessment of where posters think we still currently lack.

I happen to think Uwe would shit goals alongside Tevez, too. But it's not a position we need to address.

A fit Paul Lake, and he would be incredible in that midfield.

Watson - better than Vidic
Donachie - the best Full Back I've seen at City in 42 years
Bell - words aren't enough

+1^..Teuert also had that drive..a style of running that suggested to the opposition they were going to have to earn thier money...AJ does'nt have that. Dzeko at the start of next season or anelka at the start of this...hmmm..

The three positions for me that could be improved on most are left back centre back to partner Kompany and central midfield Barry slot.

Left back at his best pre CIty Stuart Pearce would be great but in a City jersey Willie Donnachie gets it. Centre back I would give to Dave Watson.
Central midfield not allowed to use Colin the King so I would probably give it to Asa Hartford though Didi Hamman showed some flashes of what he could have done in that role but a bit past it by the time he arrived.

if you are looking for a commanding centre half you should have chosen dave watson and ali b was probably better than kinkladze

as for bell he was the best box to box midfielder I have ever seen play
