Chris is definitely a Blue. The last time I remember him publicly speaking about City was on Radio Five on Transfer Deadline Day 2008 (the day the ADUG news broke).

Chris was extremely positive about the takeover and was clearly as giddy as the rest of us with the news. It would have been very easy for him to talk of the possible negatives (as lots of others were doing around that time and at times since) but he didn't, proving beyond all doubt that he was a fan first.

He was on Simon Mayo's show with Dave Wallace & David Conn.

Early doors I thought he was a smug little sod but he won me over - he was approachable and he did actually make things happen rather than just talking the talk. Helped to drag the admin of the club out of the dark ages and point it in the right direction - not an easy task with some of the clowns we employed at the time.

I've known Chris for years. He's a huge blue and didn't come to CoMS at all until Wardle left but that's another story.
