great turnout, some funny stories were told
May I ask what that reference was? I heard it during the service said by his friend, relayed by him for numerous Blues.Unbelievable turn out today. 100s for a top blue. We had to use two pubs because one wasn't enough. Knock three times my friend. CTWD!
The West Ham away one was very funny. Was never into the group scene with City. Always went either with my pal or brother. Always the Sherwood before but never in big groups away.great turnout, some funny stories were told
It was a karaoke song on holiday. Dawns knock 3 times. He had the audience in the palm of his hand. Funny as fuck! Always the life n soul of the party. The world's a worse place now.May I ask what that reference was? I heard it during the service said by his friend, relayed by him for numerous Blues.
The stories definitely made me smile. I had two very close friends there who I’ve known for decades, who are both devastated by his passing. They know I’m a Blue and one of them gave me the link details for the viewing. I knew his face but not the man. I’m glad I witnessed that today to see what a popular, funny and good person he was.It was a karaoke song on holiday. Dawns knock 3 times. He had the audience in the palm of his hand. Funny as fuck! If only he'd of realised how loved he was. It's devastating pal. Absolutely makes no sense whatsoever. The stories definitely made me smile. But to quote one speaker, I wish I hadn’t.
Thought of nothing else all day. Infact when those two friends had posted an out his passing a few weeks ago, I couldn’t understand it then, although that’s just looking at his and his partners Facebook. If only he'd of realised how loved he was. Everything looks easy from the outside. One can only wonder what people are going through to think that is the answer. More often than not, too, they are very much loved and popular people. As I say, I didn’t know the man but whatever it was that drove him to this, I hope he’s at peace. I also hope those he left behind can find peace and happiness going forward in their lives.
Totally agree and massively overlooked, because it’s male. If suicide amongst women was even as remotely high, there would be a national campaign promoting awareness and prevention of it. Men are completely overlooked, it’s a disgraceIf you don’t feel you can talk to a family member or friend then get straight to your GP. It’s absolutely dreadful that suicide is such a big killer of younger men.
