Don't know what a bafoon is (new word perhaps???). I think you mean to say that he's a buffoon . . as in; buffoon - a rude or vulgar fool, clown, fool, muggins, saphead, tomfool, sap - a person who lacks good judgement.

Anyway, IMO he's not either a bafoon or a buffoon, he's just a total wanker is all and he spouts nothing but nonsensical gibberish. He might be funny to some, and ergo worth a listen, but please don't place any reliance on anything he comes out with.
