They started literally the day after Halloween, now I love Xmas but I’ve never known them start this early, if they did maybe one or two, but it’s literally all Xmas adverts now, far to ealry, mid November at the earliest for advertising, I mean I’ve not even got my Argos catalogue yet to ring all the toys I want.

It’s so depressing, went beefeater other day with family and it’s like walking in Santas grotto.

Should be some sort of law that Xmas shite all begins from 01st December only, can bombard us with as much as possible but has to be from 01st and all taken down end of December.

I feel sorry for Kids they get the Xmas build up way too early, it’s over burdening and confusing to them.

There was some analysis on the BBC last week that actually proved that we are not all imagining this.

Can't remember the categories but historical data does show that things like adverts, shop displays and other Christmas paraphernalia does indeed start earlier year on year.

Christmas is great when you are a kid or have young kids, but it's just so cynical nowadays. Probably always has been but you don't notice when you are younger.

Merry Christmas mate

every single advert designed to pull on your heartstring can fuck right off and then when its fucked off it can fuck off some more.

It's not Xmas proper yet until you have the TV and radio times at hand where you can circle and plan what to watch over the festive period.
