Chrome and IE opening up to find22.com

Hi, got a Lenovo ideapad running windows 8 and each time I open Chrome or IE it opens to

<a class="postlink" href="http://www.22find.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">www.22find.com</a>

after searching I found out this is adware and I am struggling to remove it. I did search on Google but didn't want to start downloading anything or installuing anything without checking with experts on here first on easiest and best way to remove it.

truthfully not mine its a lad in work and I had similar issue on my Packard bell while ago and someone think was Colin helped me
