Chromecast + Nexus 7 suggestions

Got a Chromecast due any day now, and i have a Nexus 7 i intend to use with it.

Any suggestions for streaming sites, or anything else it is useful for would be much appreciated.

For footy get it on the laptop with flash player... nexus only good for supported apps really like youtube/netflix etc

To be honest mate, i thought you could only use it with tablets/phones.

Will my laptop just connect wireless and stream, or do i need to download something, or will flash player do it all?

You use Chrome as your browser and install a chromecast add on then you can cast anything on your laptop.
It's bloody brilliant.
