I enquired about it about 5 years ago (I'm 43 now) and the doc said at my age it was a major operation with a LOT of uncomfortableness.

I opted out!

It takes about 45 mins on average and some docs do it quicker.

It's always under general anaesthetic and everyone goes home home that day.

Couple of weeks discomfort and done.

To carry on the medical theme, had it done when I was a kid, cant remember much about it but thinking of having it done again, any pointers from anyone.

You mean someone to quietly point you in the direction of a good surgeon. In other words you need a tip-off.

Apparently Chris Eubank had it done the day before a fight with no anaesthetic for fear of it breaching the drug rules. Hard bastard.
