I kind of understand with the website name etc as it would be impossible to get “city.com” or “@city”.
But we shouldn’t have “Man City” on the shirt, it’s cringy as fuck, although not quite as cringy as “Cityzens”.

exactly. And the more we brand ourselves as that the more we allow the Rags to propagate the myth that we're "Manchester United", we're surrendering our rightful title to a club that doesn't merit it.

To be fair there was a similar picture of the supposed new home shirt a few weeks ago with the words Man City on, before the real one was confirmed.I guess there’s someone just messing about with a Puma template somewhere, would be shocked if the badge isn’t on the shirt.
