We've been poor by our own standards and been bloody poor to watch at times. However, 'spineless' is a shocking thing to call this group of players. Yes we’ve been ‘poor’ by our standards and players have made some huge individual mistakes to lose games but spineless is not something you could ever criticise them as being.

Absolutely. 4-in-a-fucking-row. I've heard some say you can't just harp on about what we've done. But that achievement was just last season and if our players hadn't gone on the piss we could done back to back Doubles.It’s been used plenty of times this season.

I've no issue with criticism for poor performances , but spineless!!
Let's see how Liverpool go on trying for back to back titles.
Arsenal have spent a bucket load of cash and still haven't achieved 1 PL in that time.
The Rags are £1bn+ on spend and are nowhere fucking near winning one in that time.

Joking aside, yes we've had a fall off but we were pretty damn good! I always think doing 4 in a row is at least as incredible as the True Treble.
To get over the line last year and into the FA Cup final, never mind the result, showed the elite mentality of the players and coaches, albeit we have had to live with the consequences this season. Injuries and player fatigue have been merciless.
Other clubs will feel that they faked up last year by being intimidated by what was a declining City team. There'll also be a lot of frustration that the dips have walked the League, but I think would have been considerably more jittery, if they'd had any sustained challenge.
Mixed season, some of our greatest have not been themselves, but young Nico, Josko and the new lads have been very good. Second/third place with an FA Cup final will be a great season.
