City Badge

Wonder if we'll add an anchor to the ship on the badge now?

You know to reflect the effect of Brexit on trade?

Are we part of Lancashire again? I mean, with the rose of Lancashire being used on the badge, as opposed to the 'worker bee' image of manchester - confusing?- looks great, but not sure its relevant.

Of course we're part of Lancashire. What do you think all this voting is all about. Come on keep up

So Greater Manchester - as a county - doesn't exist? can't remember hearing that, nope, I'm sure you're wrong mate.

Fair enough but maybe the cricket club need to play in Lancashire as well to make it correct :)

How does the crest look in ghost lime, lavender sunrise or midnight tangerine? These are the oddities we know Nike will use.
As dull, lifeless and insipid as all the others........

They sometimes play in Liverpool too... and that's definitely not in Lancashire!

The Mersey is the boundary and it is clearly to the north, as is Birkdale, Stanley Park and Old Trafford, none of which in the Lancashire County Council zone but it makes no difference.

Lancashire is a historical county, who's southern border is the river Mersey, the new metropolitan counties are really only administration Counties, so Manchester and Liverpool are still part of the historical county of Lancashire

If it bothers you that the Lancashire rose is no longer relevant just chill out and tell yourself it's an English rose to represent the country in Europe (problem solved) and be grateful it's a not a Moon or a big gold star
