I was wondering this. I know as this is a City forum so there's inevitably going to be a few people saying "yes", but would you say we have the best fanbase in football, in terms of behaviour and general attitude? Like pretty much every club in the country we do have a hooligan element but the Guvnors are hardly the most notorious firm in existence. You rarely hear about our fans causing trouble. Regarding the whole thing with Adam Teese, with other clubs you can imagine that a few people would have gone round and physically attacked him but we chose the more passive, humourous route on getting our revenge! We are also known for our self-depricative sense of humour, "typical City", etc. We're very modest, what with a lot of our fans clearly showing disbelief in the face of our recent success, whereas other fans would probably be bragging about breaking the top four. Our sense of humour is partially what makes us famous, whilst other fanbases gain reputation through their arrogance or knack for causing trouble.
I guess part of what drew me to City was the whole attitude of our fans.
