I realise it is not your area but the situation with the shuttle buses back to town was a shambles yesterday. The stewards had no idea what they were doing. Many buses left with virtually no passengers leaving a long line of people. Perhaps you can pass it on to your contacts at the club. It is a total mess. Never seen such chaos at other stadiums,

Totally terrible after 22 years at the Etihad. How hard is it to sort this. The half empty buses couldn’t wait to leave. Incompetence.

This was the buses from outside the main gate which go to town not the ones which do local routes. The queueing system was a shambles. The stewards appeared to be doing nothing

The bus is late for first stop in Macclesfield every week, it’s not good enough, can be 10-40 mins late. The route as mentioned above isn’t efficient either
The card machine didn’t work today, so at least it was free

Hello, just wanted to pop back on and let you know that following the issues you and other supporters have endured, there will be a change of operator on the MC8 from the 2nd April. I hope this improves your experience going forward.
