I sent my RSVP last week to the email the invite came from, I also have had no reply. The email the invite came from is a dedicated email just for city circle so im guessing thats the address to contact Citycircle@cityfootball.com

I had a reply kipper as I assume you saw on the thread. Not replied to your pm's as I've nothing else to add, as shinpads said I replied to the email from the club and got confirmation a day later.
