On the eve of our new 2013/14 Barclays Premier League campaign, the facilities and food off the pitch at the Etihad Stadium are set to be as sublime as the football supplied by Manuel Pellegrini’s men on it.

This summer the Etihad Stadium has received a multi-million pound investment in new catering equipment, fan facilities and digital menu boards throughout the stadium concourses.

This will not only significantly increase the number of points of sale to meet demand and reduce queues, but also enable the Club to provide fans with more choice on a match-day.

Here are some new features this season to look out for, designed with fans firmly in mind:

• 4 new ‘Fabulous Fan Fayre kiosks by Jamie Oliver’ on level 1 and 2 serving up the likes of the Pig Dog, Chili Dog, Full Monty Burger and Rainbow Veggie Pie to name but a few.

• 4 new ‘Grab and Go’ kiosks on level 2, serving soft drinks, sandwiches, salads, fruit cups and whole fruits for fans who favour a more healthier match-day snack.

• New hot dog carts on the main concourse level 1.

• 15 beer buggies on the main concourse serving draught Fosters to speed up service before the match and during half time.

Having teaming up with Jamie Oliver’s Fabulous Fan Fayre as our brand new catering partner, Blues fans are in for what is set to be in the most mouth-watering season to date with a variety of new menus and options available.

Not to fear, match-days wouldn’t be the same without our delicious tried and tested pies and a pint along with other terrace classics such as hot dogs, burgers and fries.

However, with it being Jamie Oliver, only the best produce will do of course. All of our new pies are freshly baked in the stadium every match day, made using the freshest of ingredients, giving the supporter delicious pies from our own recipes. Proper pies, proper ingredients, proper good.

The best of British hotdogs are also on the menu. Artisan hotdogs to be correct... made by artisans with only the best of British Pork, authentic ingredients and real smoke, served in local bread made by local bakers.

Lastly, our burgers are freshly minced and made using only the best of British meat cuts, brilliant burgers , freshly cooked every time, served on burger buns baked through the night by local bakers.

It’s going to be a season like no other and we can’t wait for you to experience what’s in store.

Yeah i'm going Thompsons chippy before the game, I'm to scared to even look at the prices.

Who's going to be the first BM loon to drive one of the...........

15 beer buggies on the main concourse :-)

Oh stop f***ing moaning!

No matter what the club does, people/fans will always moan. Why?

As for prices. The impression given by those in charge at City was a small rise.

If you don't like what you see, or don't want to pay the prices, go to the local chippy, but stop f***ing moaning. Leave the rest of us to buy what we want and pay what we want.

"Beer buggy, over here!"

"2 more scoops please!" :-)

'Ere , wots wiv all the bleedin' serviettes ???

No one moaned in this thread, only you in that post :)

Can't see the food looking like that when it's in peoples hands but it sounds ok.

Good to see Locally produced stuff aswell.
Even though it may be a rip-off I'd be more inclined to buy something as alot of it is Locally produced.

The Mcdonalds across from the stadium might be half the price, but it's half the meat content and drove on HGV's from wherever.

I don't like how they'll only be serving healthy food on Level 2 though... Guess I'll be missing out there being on Level 1
