City cleared of any wrongdoing in Garre case - no transfer ban expected

I'm very much in the anybody who things there's a massive anti city conspiracy is seriously deluded camp but I did take issue with the way sky reported this. They lead with the headline "Man City avoid transfer ban " it insinuates we've somehow gotten away with it instead of correctly stating we won the case and were cleared of any and all wrong doing.
 
What will they try next? Maybe our Kit is too close to the colour of the sky that would be worth investigating...
 
its good news that we didn't break any rules and acted professionally. Tweak it a little with maybe 2 or 3 quality signings and I believe we can go on and do even better and get closer in the CL which is what us , the club and the owners strive for!
 
I suspect the published judgement may well prove we were correct to make sure we were also represented at the hearing.
