That's a fantastic video mate - thanks for posting it. As someone who's too young to remember the events in the video (I was 2 years and 2 months old when Big Mal was sacked), its great to see behind the scenes footage and get a perspective on what the club was actually like at that time - a period that I've heard plenty about, but hadn't seen with my own eyes before today. I enjoyed watching it, even if it did look a pretty miserable time to be fan under Big Mal's ill-fated second stint at the Club.

I'm in it! Aged 13, stood by the tunnel as the players ran out, with my city cap on. Much of it was filmed on a cold December 77 evening. I went along with my sister as guests of my Uncle who played in Faireys Engineering Brass Band. They were on the pitch playing the Nationwide theme (I think). My sister ended up in the dugout on her own talking to Peter Barnes & Gary Owen for ages (at least that's what she said was going on!)

I spent most of the time in the players lounge getting autographs - Mike Channan was amazing. He asked me if I was enjoying myself & showed a real interest. It meant a lot to a 13 year old. He became my favourite player because of that & I still defend him against his critics to this day.

Sadly, my Uncle died 3 weeks ago - the last time I saw him was the day after the Arsenal game. I visited him with my sister & we reminisced about that evening. "It was bloomin' freezing" he recalled. I've only seen the programme once - when it was transmitted - I'd love to see it again.
