Yeah. You must be right. Shit fans - the rags are right. :-)Reminds me of when we played Liverpool at 12.30 on a Saturday a few years ago.
1-1 against our biggest rivals. (the two best teams to play in the Premier League). 15 minutes to go and we might still win. However, literally hundreds in SS3 remember they need to get home 30 minutes earlier than they might do.
It’s amazing what fans who have waited all week for a game, suddenly remember they’d rather do at 2.30 pm on a Saturday afternoon.
It’s nothing new. I remember the ‘snake’ from the Platt Lane in the ‘70’s. Used to start at 70 minutes. They missed Dave Watson’s bullet header against Ipswich!
93rd min winnerBe me tomorrow, going out at night and have to get back and my Son at the Grandparents.
Hopefully winning easily and just miss a bit of passing around and at worse an additional goal to round of the win.
I drive up from Worksop mate. Which way do you usually go?Got to get my lad to Meadowhall Bus Station for a 6.15 coach back to Cambridge, so will need to leave at 90. Apologies in advance. By the way I’m the bloke in the seat nearest the aisle of South Stand Level 3. Thanks to all my fellow supporters who always arrive 5 mins late, go for a beer at 39 mins and return to their seats 5 mins into the 2nd half. Keep up the good work!
A57>M1>Woodhead. There’s no easy route is there? All shit right now with motorway speed restrictions and the delights of Mottram Hill. Roll on 2030 when that bypass is built!I drive up from Worksop mate. Which way do you usually go?

Absolutely this! Also in SSL3 and I’m up and down like a yo-yo letting half our row get past. They spend more time on the concourse than watching the game! The number of goals missed over a season would easily be in double figures. Each to their own I suppose.Got to get my lad to Meadowhall Bus Station for a 6.15 coach back to Cambridge, so will need to leave at 90. Apologies in advance. That’s ok though - they stay till the end :-)Absolutely this! Also in SSL3 and I’m up and down like a yo-yo letting half our row get past. I wish they did. You have to get up again on 85 mins to let them leave :-(That’s ok though - they stay till the end :-)

What I’d give for safe standing up there. I wouldn’t even notice them if I was stood up anyway!
Bollocks, Wasn’t aware of that… leaving now then!M67 closed all weekend. Could be a few arriving late today as traffic through Hyde, Denton, Stalybridge and Ashton could be horrendous. Add to that the parking restrictions round the ground and it makes for a belter of a journey.

If your memory goes back to Dave Watson and equates it with people leaving early, you really do carry a grudge well. Don't worry about me as I am usually asleep on 90 minutes. ;-)Yeah. You must be right. Shit fans - the rags are right. :-)
Really didn’t notice (& still don’t) when fans left - or leave. Doesn’t bother meIf your memory goes back to Dave Watson and equates it with people leaving early, you really do carry a grudge well. Don't worry about me as I am usually asleep on 90 minutes. ;-)
