Maybe PSG, sorry the Qatari's have so much dirt on UEFA, that this time they'll put them in their place.

Yeah, it'd be a bit rich coming from them particularly!
I also think Madrid are somewhat closely linked, via various sponsorships, to Abu Dhabi and would probably be reluctant to bite the hand that has fed them. Their new stadium expansion was almost entirely funded through IPIC (an Abu Dhabi government investment company) whilst they also have a massive deal with Emirates airlines.
Smacks of the bully boy crying when the new kid arrives at school and not only tells him he won't hand over his dinner money but gives him a good hiding as well!!!

I'd suggest Madrid would only be pointing at PSG. We seem to have a good relationship with Madrid.

The wider issue is should a country sponsor a club? If China took over Newcastle as an example it would be a rather slow trajectory because of the new rules on limiting salary increases and FFP. In the long run I'm not sure I'd want a lot of state sponsored clubs plus there is no guarantee new investment leads to sucess as Villa and Blackburn have found out.

I think despite some criticism we have excellent owners and as a club we are on the up. Our model is a sound one for financial sustainability.

We're fine in regards to spending this summer, plenty of wages freed up, and recouping £80m+ with a net spend of £120m is better than I anticipated. Our club is in a massive position financially, we've also got a new kit deal to be renegotiated soon, something which should surely bring us more than the £20m we're on now.

Kit deal is £12M last time I heard.
