Still speculation, but it seems (in some quarters) to be becoming more refined guessing with each passing day. Although, there's still plenty of wild conjecture and angry bitterness.
The EUFA 'committee' met yesterday and today but we won't hear anything official until some point next week. Some have suggested early-ish in the week.

Maybe there is a period in the days after the meeting has ended but before the official announcement that more reliable rumours will emerge; not, of course, that I am suggesting any UEFA official could be tempted by a few €uros, £ounds or $ollars from the press to do this.
