City have scored 1,000 goals under Guardiola

Can’t be true. Matchday thread sages tell us every week how we don’t punish teams or go for the goal difference.

Am I going mad; who the fuck’s Beanie?
Beanie was Pearce's right hand man.
You don't think he got all of his ideas off the top of his head do you?
To be honest, I've not seen him linked with any other jobs since his launderette accident but then again someone said he applied for the (as was) vacant Wolves job and was shortlisted ahead of Ole

We are indeed…

Most goals scored in a season (all competitions): 169
2018–19
(national record)

Most goals scored in a Premier League season: 106
2017–18
(national record)

Biggest Goal Difference in a season: +79
2017–18
(national record)

Top scorers in the league: in 8 of the last 10 seasons
(national record over a decade, looking likely to be three times:
2011-12 to 2020-21, 2012-13 to 2021-22 and looking like being extended this season to 2012-13 to 2022-23)

Most league goals scored over any 10 year period: 905 goals, and counting (2013-14 to 2022-23 and we still have a possible 10 games to go to add to that!)
(national record)

Pep’s City are the greatest scorers in English football history. But so are the trio of Mancini-Pellegrini-Guardiola.

There’s also this one…

Most goals in games in a season: 204
1957-58 First Division. 104 goals scored, 100 goals conceded (finished 5th)
(national record)
That's just fantastic. I think the 169 is also a European record for the major leagues. And yet we "leave some people cold." We are actuallty the greatest entertainers.
