So claims <a class="postlink" href="http://www.mcfc.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">www.mcfc.co.uk</a>

I know we're averaging 45k plus at the moment, but wasn't the ground full in the 1st couple of seasons at COMS?

Season Average
2008–09 42,887
2007–08 42,077
2006–07 39,997
2005–06 42,856
2004–05 45,192
2003–04 46,384

can't really see us beating our first season in COMS as we need an extra 1000 fans per game for the whole season in just four games
ie need an extra 15,000 fans on top of the 46,000 for the four games, equals approx 4000 extra per game above 46,000
have they started increasing the size of the capacity already?

Although there's probably been more City fans in the ground this season - with few teams taking up their allocation

Doubt it, in the first season City sold out virtually every week, it was the away supporters that brought the average down.
But this season away crowds have fallen still further, and the away end lower tier, or upper tier has sometimes been filled with City fans.

You're probably right, but there wont be much in it. And this season most games have been on TV
