Yes I think we did go 2 up in that game, it was Boniek who turned the game around - remember the blue running onto the pitch from the North Stand and giving Boniek abuse for diving? UEFA ordered us to put those bloody fences up after that.Was in the Main Stand for the Lodz game..... along with what seemed like a few hundred Poles. Think every Polish exile in Manchester was at the game. Did we go 2 up in that only to be pegged back?? damn my memory !!
