City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

@slbsn has said on twitter it won’t be an issue as owners will simply convert the loans to equity, but then why do the loans in the first place then?
To take a charge on the assets probably and ease of administration. Equity requires admin and legals. Loan much simpler.

BBC Look North 22.35 just announced that Manchester City have lost their case against the PL re APT. One line then on to next story

Unbelievable. No other comments. Obviously not read the last page of the panels report on the case ???

What happens if the PL don’t get support from enough clubs to implement that particular rule? Can see quite a lot not being particularly happy about it.
