City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

How is it ok for the league to fix rules to benefit clubs with shareholder loans but won’t fix apt rules that damage other clubs?

If anything this vote has shown the whole thing to be a collective stitch up. Every club is only voting for there own interests, looks bad and gives the gov regulators another foot in the door.

The league’s explanation why these rules have been brought is not a true correct factual statement. In short, lying corrupt cunts.

Have city managed to get the rules changed enough to allow the deal we want to make with etihad go through?

It’s no victory as the dishonest media portray it. Shambles and unregulated mess.

Or

“tyranny of the majority”.

Time we get some shareholder loans? Play these yanks at their own game.

Edit: the other thing that annoys me about this 16/4 is that 3 of those stupid fuckers won’t be in the league next season.

Fooball is such a cesspit. Shame

The Red Shirt Cartel clubs, and Spurs, Brighton, Chelsea, and West Ham (7) were never going to vote with City. Everton (1) weren’t going to vote with City because of their loans from the owner to the club. Think there was another club with the same issue. City, Villa, Newcastle and Forest voted against (4) It will be interesting to see how the other 8 clubs voted, against or abstained.
